Salary $16.25 - $18.25. Job type:
Full-time.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• 1 year driver's license
• Serv Safe (preferred)
• Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
• Self-motivated
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, etc.) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively managing employees and team members
• Day to day operations of high volume restaurants
• Participate in training and development of all team members
• Objectively evaluate employee performance to determine coaching needs
• Assist with creating schedules within budget and time constraints
• Maintain employee files and documentation while maintaining confidentiality
• See that restaurant adheres to company policies at all times
• Other duties as assigned
