Line Cook - Part Time Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center

Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center located inside Hocking Hills State Park is seeking candidates for Line Cook positions.

Hocking Hills Lodge and Conference Center is an 81-room lodge with 40 cabins, a full-service restaurant/lounge, and banquet facilities to accommodate up to 200 guests. More property information is available at

• Prepare food served using established production procedures
• Determine amount and type of food and supplies required using production systems
• Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
• Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards
• Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality,temperature, and appearance of food is preserved
• Keep work area neat and clean at all times; clean and maintain equipment used in food preparation
• Prep all food for next shift and for the following day
• Work with servers to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints about food service asneeded
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel
• Culinary school degree preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs
