We are looking for our next "Rock Star" employee to join our Mickey's team. We offer a variety of great benefits and flexible scheduling to help maintain work-life balance.
Responsibilities- Welcoming customers with friendly, efficient service
- Assisting with stocking, prep work, and inventory as needed
- Completing all kitchen housekeeping functions (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.)
- Preparing food according to company recipes and standards
- Following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented mindset
- Self-motivation
- Flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
