Buffet Attendant

Location: Walnut Creek

Mancan is working with a restaurant in Walnut Creek seeking a buffet attendant. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours vary and may include evenings, Saturdays, and holidays. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Pay is based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests at the buffet and salad bar
• Keep buffet and salad bar area clean
• Monitor and replenish food items at the buffet and salad bar
• Share knowledge of area attractions with restaurant guests

Qualifications:

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Positive, friendly, and cheerful attitude
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Good verbal communication skills and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
