Our Shift Supervisor position is designed for individuals who want to take the next step beyond hourly team member responsibilities and begin building a career in restaurant leadership. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll gain hands-on experience leading shifts, coaching team members, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting restaurant management.

This role serves as an important stepping stone within our leadership development pathway and provides opportunities for continued growth within Old Carolina Barbecue Company.

While our home is in North Canton, Ohio, our recipes, traditions, and cooking techniques are inspired by the rich barbecue heritage of the Carolinas.
