Provide differentiated athlete experience and consultative product recommendations to runners.;
Assess an athlete's foot movements and recommend appropriate running products.;
Fully outfit athletes with footwear and workout accessories from head to toe.;
Create a tailored consultative experience and educate teammates on running concepts and product updates.;
Maintain merchandise presentation and signage in Footwear Department; follow safety and SOPs.
