Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate at Par Mar Store 40 in Pomeroy, OH. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
