Account Support Specialist

Logo Speedis seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist to support the Sales team in the promotional products industry, with a focus on customer projects and webstores, order management, pricing support, and internal coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Promotional products experience is not required; training is provided.

• Partner with Account Executives to support assigned accounts from solution research through order processing
• Prepare quotes, pricing, presentations and virtuals in alignment with established guidelines
• Exercise independent judgment to support efficient workflows and data accuracy

• Serve as the primary internal resource for webstore maintenance, updates, and optimization
• Manage product listings, pricing, images, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Review inventory and performance data to support product updates and restocking decisions
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Webstore Success Manager, and clients to review performance and ensure requirements are met
