What You'll Do
In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the success of our eCommerce accounts-blending analytics, creativity, and strategy to drive results.
  • Own the Listing Process - Create, optimize, and manage product listings using automation tools and bulk uploads to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Drive Sales Growth - Partner with Account Managers to execute strategies that increase revenue and expand product assortments.
  • Merchandise with Purpose - Collaborate with Merchandisers to build compelling product collections that resonate with customers and align with trends.
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance - Conduct daily audits of listings, ensuring accuracy, inventory alignment, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Identify Opportunities - Analyze performance data, uncover white space, and recommend new ways to grow each account.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends - Keep a pulse on consumer behavior and eCommerce trends to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize product visibility and performance.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is both analytical and creative-someone who enjoys solving problems and making a measurable impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, or account management (apparel or fashion preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target+, and/or Shopify
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
