Assist Store Manager in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through cash accountability, key control, and adherence to security practices;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels using planning tools and order guides;
Train associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of perishable products;
Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Ensure customer needs are addressed promptly and maintain sanitation standards in Perishable departments.
