Job Description

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures every day, every shift, all the time, and enforce the same from your employees and coworkers.

Further responsibilities include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, great customer service, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. You must have access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Happy customers keep us in business. You should be a fun and friendly person, comfortable talking to strangers.
• You must be a team player who is on time every day with a great attitude.
• Our stores are open 365 days a week, including weekends and holidays. While your schedule is flexible, you must be willing to work when the team needs you most.
• You should have the ability to read a map and find your way around the delivery area; you may also help coworkers with shortcuts.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have a minimum of two (2) years of driving history.
