General Manager

About the Job

General Manager role for a Domino's Pizza store. Leads daily operations, manages staff, controls inventory, cash and cost, and ensures excellent customer service. Sets the tone for the store and is responsible for all shift activities.

General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift. This includes cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and must be on the game 100% of the time.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage a staff of 3‑30 employees during the shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately while complying with portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

• Experience leading a team of 3‑30 people.
• Strong leadership, motivational skills and a positive attitude.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance, punctuality and high personal standards of dress.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 18 years old.
