Full‑time, salaried Area Manager position. Salary range: $52,000 – $75,000 annually.

Position requires 5+ days per week, most weekends.

You are accountable for everything that happens within your store, including people, operations, sales, and profits.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Leading by example and consistently following all company policy and procedures.
• Managing day‑to‑day store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Providing coaching and development for all team members.
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

• Ability to smile and have fun.
• Clean background check.
• Over 18 with a 1‑year safe driving history.
• Working and reliable car or truck.
• Valid vehicle insurance.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently residing near store location.
