Overview

Job Type: Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy 247 – Holland, OH 43528.

Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff within the assigned store.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report sales, provide competitive insights, and track all activity to Retail Operations.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Ensure the work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1year of job experience; six months in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience preferred.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus; training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
