Bass Pro Shops - - Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction to department associates and supervise merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and customer service;
Achieve departmental sales, gross margin, inventory shrinkage, and payroll goals in coordination with GSM/DM;
Staff the department with service-oriented associates, participate in interviewing and training, and prepare weekly work schedules;
Maintain product knowledge and conduct staff product demos to support sales goals;
Coordinate special events and ensure pricing, UPC integrity, and proper display of advertised items
