Job Description

Entry Level Customer Service Associate – full‑time position based in Findlay, OH. This role focuses on face‑to‑face customer acquisition and sales within a retail marketing campaign environment. You will provide customer service and promotional support at events, help drive brand awareness, and contribute to sales efforts for our retail clients.

• Deliver excellent customer service in a retail setting, working directly with customers at promotional events.
• Support sales initiatives by providing product and service information to customers.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional displays and signage.
• Maintain a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere and contribute to training and team spirit.
• Gather customer feedback and support the development of promotional strategies.

• Experience in customer service or related fields.
