• Steering and proactively managing the day-to-day and ad hoc tasks of plant controlling
• Closing of the period (SAP)
• Closing of costs on a monthly basis
• Preparation of month-end reports
• Making the forecast on a monthly basis
• Preparation of the annual budget and monthly monitoring of deviations
• Assessment and monitoring of obsolete products, raw materials, spare parts
• Analysis of production costs and other reports to support management (improvement proposals)
• Optimization and improvement of analysis tools, i.e., process automation
• Analysis and monitoring of investment projects (CAPEX)
• Estimation of product costs to support the commercial department in tenders (competitions)
• Support for group or company initiatives
• Leading business cases for the new project justifications
• External Audit support

• Bachelor of Economic Science (e.g.Business Administration) or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in finance and controlling
• Expert in SAP R/3, SAP CO, Excel
• High English and German level (minimum B2)
• Capacity of teamwork
• Capacity of analysis
• Effective communications
