We are currently looking for new talents to work in our store located in CC Alvalade (20h).
How will we take care of you on a daily basis?
- You will receive continuous training from the best professionals.
- To introduce you to the world of La Casa de las Carcasas, we will provide you with our welcome academy called Start Trip and give you access to our e-learning platform for continuous training that will help you develop your skills further (leadership, internal communication, etc.). We will accompany you throughout the journey and work together so that you can continue to grow.
- You will receive a salary proportional to the working hours + food allowance.
- You will receive above-average sales commissions.
- You will have exclusive discounts on all our products.
What will be your functions in the store?
- You will be responsible for creating a unique sales experience for our customers, making them feel at home from the start.
- We will teach you new counseling techniques so you can help our customers with everything they need.
- Together with your team, you will support the management of the stock, the visual, and the organization of the store.
