Job Title
Prepared Foods Clerk

Job SummaryTo prepare product, maintain display cases and service customers in the prepared foods department.

Provide products and services that are competitively priced, always meet the requirements of internal and external customers and abide by the Company’s Mission Statement. - E:
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils, floor (to ensure safety) and sanitation regulations are met. - E:
Prepare, cook and fry various types of foods by reading recipes and following instructions. - E:
Servicing customers by filling customers requests in a prompt and courteous manner. - E:
Filling and maintaining hot foods cases by placing product in display cases according to plan‑o‑gram. - A:
Stock and rotate the product in the coolers and in display cases.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities- Ability to read and follow instructions
- Verbal and written communicative skills
- Basic math skills
Ability to lift over 30 pounds, bend, twist, and stretch while bending to reach into cases.
