Cooper Farms is currently seeking a part‑time 1st shift Country Store Sales Associate to join our team in Oakwood.

Monday through Friday, approximately 20‑25 hours a week. Hours dependent on seasonal demand. Candidate must be willing to work a flexible schedule!

$17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

Monthly and year‑end profit‑sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

• Serving all customers in a friendly, positive manner
• Maintaining a clean, food‑safe environment
• Cutting Deli meat with a Slicer
• Stocking the freezers
• Assisting in opening and closing of the store
• Assisting store manager in creating specials that attract customers and provide ideas to increase sales

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have Basic Math Skills
• Ability to use a Calculator as well as Adequate Computer Skills
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have Previous Customer Service Experience with in the Food Industry
• Must Serv Safe Certified
