Location: Johnstown
Dollar General | Flexible Scheduling + Insurance & 401(k) Eligibility + PTO + Tuition Assistance | Responsibilities:
Recruit, select and retain qualified employees; provide training; conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps for coaching or termination as needed;
Ensure store is properly staffed and opened/closed each day; personally open the store at least two times per week and close at least two times per week;
Monitor operating statements to identify sales trends, profitability, inventory shrink, and expense control opportunities;
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels; manage merchandising presentation, pricing and signage;
Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean, safe, and secure store environment.
