Merchandise Handler

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Merchandise Handler to support our fast-paced retail operations. In this role, you will receive and process inbound merchandise, organize and replenish stock, and help keep product flowing to the sales floor and online orders. You'll use basic inventory tools or RF scanners, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and maintain a clean, organized stockroom. Working closely with store and distribution teams, you'll help execute floor sets and seasonal changes while contributing to a customer-centric, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process inbound merchandise shipments
• Sort, label, and stage products according to company standards
• Replenish sales floor and backroom inventory accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement
• Support online order fulfillment, packing, and staging as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized stockroom and work areas
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and handling procedures
• Collaborate with store and distribution teams to meet productivity goals
• Assist with seasonal resets, visual changes, and promotional setups
• Report inventory issues, discrepancies, and damaged goods
