Location: Mentor-on-the-Lake
At Home - 7980 Plaza Blvd - Responsibilities:
Support all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while maintaining visual integrity and organized environment;
Plan/executing daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions; stock product in designated areas and maintain end caps;
Assist in areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention; engage in regular team meetings;
Coach and mentor team members on visual merchandising priorities and creating compelling visuals for guest experience
