Provide exceptional customer service in the golf shop, including greeting members and guests and processing transactions at the register;
Manage tee-time bookings and respond to member inquiries;
Oversee inventory and merchandising, restocking and organizing display areas;
Assist with course operations and coordinate with pro-shop and golf operations staff;
Support Head Golf Professional, General Manager, and Tournament Coordinators with golf operations and events
