• Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience.
• Assist guests with product selection and offer personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer questions, returns, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain product displays and merchandise presentation.
• Stock shelves and help keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, and new merchandise.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.

• Jewelry sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
