Certa Pro Painters is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our growing team!

If you love meeting people, managing projects, and helping homeowners bring their vision to life—this role is for you. At Certa Pro, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, strong teamwork, and delivering peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

Build trusted relationships with homeowners

Create tailored proposals through one-on-one consultations

Manage projects to stay on time, on budget, and top-quality

Keep clients updated with clear, friendly communication

Represent Certa Pro at community events & marketing opportunities

Stay sharp with ongoing training and industry conferences

Keep everything organized in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For

A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Sales experience in painting, construction, or home services (preferred)

A 2+ year degree in a related field (preferred, not required)

Excellent communication & people skills—you enjoy working with others

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Proven track record of accomplishments and initiative
