The Role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager/ Sales Director to drive new business growth and expand long-term customer relationships for our real world evidence solutions. This role sits within the commercial organization and is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex, high-value sales opportunities. Your target customers are CRO’s, Biotech and Pharmaceutical organisations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative B2B sales, a commercially minded, problem-solving approach, and the confidence to engage senior stakeholders. This role will have a direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion. Experience in a start-up environment is highly valued, where an entrepreneurial mindset is essential. You are a strong closer with a demonstrated ability to convert opportunities into results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and pipeline growth across target customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage key decision-makers within prospective customer organizations.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from discovery and solution design through to proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop tailored, commercially viable solutions by applying a consultative sales approach.
  • Own customer relationships, ensuring high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and delivery quality.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
  • Gather market and customer insights to inform go-to-market strategy and product evolution.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within Real World Data or/and Real World Evidence, or complex solution environments.
  • Demonstrated success in new business generation and managing full sales cycles in the CRO and Life Sciences segment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to articulate business value and ROI.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • A strong track record of closing complex deals in the Life Science industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in English and local language (France or German).
  • Mid senior level.
