opportunity

As a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) within the Aerospace division, you’ll play a critical role in managing strategically important clients and driving revenue growth through long‑term partnerships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities, supporting customer projects with innovative technical solutions, and leading the conversion of opportunities into tangible results.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for expanding the company’s portfolio and revenue across your assigned Focus Accounts. You’ll proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple technologies, turning them into successful, revenue‑generating projects. Working closely with global teams, you’ll ensure the seamless implementation and delivery of these projects across all supply chain channels, whether direct, EMS, or distribution. You’ll also champion the company’s full range of technologies to strengthen client relationships, deepen engagement, and enhance the organisation’s presence within the Aerospace market.

About

You
  • Degree in Electronics or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational organisation in the Aerospace industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proven success in building strong client relationships and achieving business growth
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Willing to travel up to 60% across the DACH region
  • Background in semiconductors or electronics is a strong plus
