Head of Sales - Cosmetics

Optify Search are currently partnered with a global distributor of speciality ingredients searching for a Head of Sales for the Personal and Home Care market.

• Managing the sales team on a day-to-day basis
• Establish and drive the segment strategy, together with Group Development and Management
• Develop and deliver the sales budget by meeting and exceeding of Sales/Profit-targets

• Min.
  
  B.Sc. in Chemistry/Business or related fields
• Min. 10 years experience in technical sales in Cosmetics
• A strong cosmetics background is desired
• A good network within the DACH Cosmetics Industry
