Position: Head of Market Growth (f/m/x)
Location: Germany

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Drive and scale international revenue growth through strategic, high-value B2B sales.
  • Win and grow major corporate clients into long‑term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead complex sales processes with senior decision‑makers across global organizations.
  • Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline that delivers consistently.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating climate strategy into commercial value.
  • Spot and crack high‑potential industries, using sharp market insight and timing to win.
  • Lead by example: set ambitious targets build a high‑performance sales culture.
  • Represent First Climate externally – at industry events, conferences, and in key networks – strengthening our market authority.
Specific Requirements
  • Proven success and experience in complex B2B sales, key account management, or business development with a strong record of achieving targets.
  • You actively look for and develop new business opportunities instead of waiting for them.
  • Strong commercial understanding and confident in managing pipelines, forecasts, and revenue goals.
  • A supportive and reliable leader who sets clear expectations and helps teams succeed.
  • Experience selling complex solutions to large organizations; experience in sustainability or energy is a plus.
  • Professional fluency in English and German with strong communication skills.
Required start date

Immediately or upon agreement.
