Part-Time Leasing Professional

- Canal Winchester, OH
Office

Hours:

Part-Time, 3 days per week Monday and Wednesday 9am-5pm, Saturday 12pm-4pm

Pay Rate: $18-$20 hour (based on experience and qualifications), plus commissions and incentives

You’ll support leasing success and create an exceptional experience for prospects and residents by:

• Engaging prospects, conducting tours, and highlighting community features
• Managing inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation in Yardi
• Assisting with applications, renewals, and insurance verification
• Ensuring seamless move-ins and maintaining model/market-ready units
• Supporting bookkeeping, reporting, marketing, social media, and resident events

A customer-focused, organized professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

• At least 1 year of multifamily leasing or related sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  ;
  Yardi experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and the ability to work independently
• Experience with property tours, leasing, applications, and renewals
• Ability to conduct market surveys and competitive analysis
• A valid driver’s license
  , reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
