As an Inside Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in customer engagement, order accuracy, and sales operations—ensuring dealers and customers receive timely, reliable support.

• Provide daily telephone support for incoming sales inquiries and product support calls.
• Deliver prompt, concise follow-up with customers regarding quotes, orders, and product availability.
• Perform order entry, data input, and maintain accuracy within the customer database.
• Support administrative and documentation functions for the sales office.
• Prepare shipments, manage document filing, and coordinate goods to ensure accurate delivery.
• Generate reports supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Provide project support as directed by sales and senior management.
• Continuously review and update knowledge of existing and new product offerings.
• Assist at trade shows, dealer trainings, and corporate events as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing leadership and Territory Managers on product availability and logistics.

• Preferred:
  Associate’s degree in Agriculture-Business, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, or sales support functions.
• Familiarity working with external customers, dealers, or vendors.
• Strong written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on familiarity with farming operations or agricultural equipment is a plus.
