• Telephone and written support for new and existing customers
• Handling customer inquiries as well as preparing and following up on quotations
• Order management: entry, verification, and processing of orders
• Clarification of delivery and payment terms and preparation of order confirmations
• Close cooperation with the field sales team, including coordination of appointments and customer visits
• Support of the sales team with administrative and sales-related activities
• Coordination of projects and internal interfaces
• Maintenance of customer data and documentation in the CRM system

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in inside sales or a strong interest in sales
• Strong communication skills, a friendly manner, and enjoyment in working with people
• High level of motivation and commitment, with an independent and well-structured working style
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
• Very good command of German and good English skills for international collaboration
• Team spirit and openness to taking on new tasks
