The Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across the DACH market, owning the full customer lifecycle from first engagement through closing and expansion.
This is a hands‑on role where you will build your own pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, and act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. You will play a key role in shaping how Get Vocal grows within strategic accounts and delivers long‑term value.
What you’ll do:- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion across enterprise accounts
- Build and develop your own pipeline through outbound efforts, partnerships, and market engagement
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders including C‑level
- Lead complex sales processes, aligning internal teams and resources to ensure successful execution
- Drive adoption and long‑term value post‑close, ensuring successful deployments and identifying growth opportunities
- Identify and expand within accounts through new use cases, departments, and automation opportunities
- Communicate value through clear business impact, storytelling, and strategic conversations
- 5+ years experience in enterprise sales within startup or scale‑up environments
- Strong track record selling complex, technical products to enterprise clients
- Experience building pipeline independently and owning outbound efforts
- Strong understanding of AI, data, infrastructure, or related technical environments
- Ability to navigate technical discussions and work closely with pre‑sales teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with high ownership
- High ownership and autonomy
