We are seeking a proactive and technically proficient
** Sales Engineer
** to support and expand our business across Europe. This role combines technical sales expertise with strategic business development and focuses on identifying, developing, and closing complex opportunities across multiple regions.

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for
** customer acquisition, customer relationship management, project leadership, and the preparation of quotations**, primarily within the laser and semiconductor industries. You will work closely with an international team and play a key role in driving strategic growth across Europe.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Identify and develop
** new business opportunities across Europe**, with a focus on strategic and high-value deals
* Manage and grow relationships with
** key customers and accounts**
* ** Lead and coordinate complex, multi-country sales processes**
* ** Take ownership of customer acquisition and long-term relationship management**
* ** Lead customer projects in collaboration with application engineers and internal teams**
* ** Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations**
* ** Support the development and execution of European go-to-market strategies**
* ** Represent the company in international events, customer meetings, and industry activities**
* ** Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support business growth
**** Internal Collaboration
*** Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
* Act as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders
* Provide market and customer insights to support product and business strategy#### Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation) or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Business Development
* Strong technical understanding of Motion Control
* Proven track record in
** developing and closing new business opportunities
*** Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Fluent in English;
German is a strong advantage
* Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 30–50%)
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience with servo drives and motion controllers
* Experience working with OEMs, machine builders, or system integrators
* Experience in an international, cross-regional sales environment
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
