Hybrid Brandz, the brand business unit of Hybrid Software, is seeking a driven Sales Manager fluent in German. We deliver artwork management and 3D packaging solutions that streamline design, prepress, and packaging workflows for global brands.
Lead sales across the DACH region, targeting brand owners in food & beverage, pharma, cosmetics, and more. Manage outreach, demos, key accounts, and represent Hybrid Brandz at events and trade shows. Travel required.
Create sales strategies, engage decision-makers, deliver demos, build lasting client relationships, work with product/support teams, track KPIs, and stay current on packaging and prepress trends.
Requirements:
Strong B2B software sales background, knowledge of packaging/prepress workflows, excellent communication, self-motivated, CET-based. Preferred: enterprise sales experience and existing industry contacts.
