Account Executive – New Age
Manage and grow strategic accounts. Lead organic growth strategy, set vision, plan annually, identify growth opportunities, and ensure financial health. Develop client relationships to drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction. Aim to build trusted advisor relationships for long-term success with Wipro. Experience in Data Center. Advise clients on Data Center needs to support AI solutions development.
Key Responsibilities- At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT Services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery model (GDM) and methodologies. Familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers.
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Exposure to delivery, sales or pre‑sales roles.
- Managed a multi‑million USD account across various geos.
- Strong account management—building and managing client relationships at all levels.
- Carry targets on revenue, bookings and OM.
- Resolve any people management issues within Wipro teams.
- Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand footprint.
- Present and publish proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs).
- Interact with procurement and supplier relationship team from customer organization to maintain smoother flow of contracts, invoices and payments.
- Work closely with senior customer team (CIO, VPs and Directors) to suggest, advise, evaluate, and prime business growth.
