from first conversation to signed contract - Manage your activity, pipeline, and performance like a business
- Partner with internal experts to deliver what you sell
- Hunters who enjoy pursuing opportunities and closing deals
- Entrepreneurial sellers who want autonomy and ownership

- Comfortable initiating conversations and pushing for next steps
- Naturally persuasive, relationship-oriented, and resilient
- B2B sales experience is preferred (industrial, HVAC, construction is a plus)
