Senior Account Executive

Overview

You are passionate about translating scientific knowledge into meaningful stories. In this role with GENICOS, you will serve as the primary customer contact on a project management level. This position is responsible for the day-to-day account workload and execution of tactical objectives aligned with the overall brand strategy.

• Serve as the lead for tactical work including securing information for the internal team, communicating with brand team, leading customer status meetings, and participating in regulatory/medical reviews.
• Drive customer processes by possessing a deep understanding of customer requirements and systems to effectively drive projects to completion.
• Build/foster relationships with customers and colleagues, providing value as a source of information relative to tactic objectives and business needs.
• Stay current with brand information (data, strategy, competitive dynamics) and understand the brand’s strategic goals and objectives.

• 2 years of relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines; or 1+ year of relevant agency side experience; or 1+ year of experience in a Project Management role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Experience with Adobe Professional.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions or bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
