Fish Window Cleaning is hiring a Business Outreach Representative to visit local businesses and provide quick, free estimates.
This is a face-to-face, active role — not a desk job.
What You’ll Earn $700/week guaranteed during your first 4 weeks (training period)$3 per estimate written
10% commission on accounts you generate
Uncapped income
Most reps earn:$1,100–$1,400/week once ramped($60K–$75K+ annually)
Bonus:$500 after your first 250 estimates
Schedule
Monday–Friday9:00 AM – 5:00 PMNo nights or weekends
What You’ll DoVisit businesses near our current customers
Introduce our service (quick, friendly conversations)
Provide free window cleaning estimates
Collect contact info Follow up later
Most conversations take 1–2 minutes — no long sales meetings
