Sales Assistant DACH; M​/W

We are looking for a Sales Assistant
(M/W) to support our team in the day-to-day operations related to the DACH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will be responsible for supporting sales and developing commercial actions, while coordinating with the various departments.

Maintenance tasks:

• Sales support:
  Preparing customer offers, managing prices, coordinating complaints between customers and specialist departments, sending samples and product specifications, and creating communication media (flyers, marketing documents).

• Forecast and request management:
  Entering sales forecasts, creating customer accounts in Salesforce, and monitoring NPD requests (new products).

• Cross‑functional support:
  Qualifying and allocating leads, supporting budget planning, analyzing market needs, and participating in cross‑functional projects with the France team.

• Additional tasks:
  Supporting Category Management in analyzing and updating marketing documents (website, catalogues, flyers), and contributing to the development of digital marketing (newsletters, mailing, automation).
