Sales Development Representative - POLISH
As a professional services firm, Ayming collaborates with companies and institutions worldwide to progressively unlock their potential. Our team consists of over 1500 experts in innovation, HR, and taxes. We are present in 14 countries. Our three service areas are consulting services, digital services, and managed services.
Job Description- Identifying and initiating contact with potential B2B clients
- Contacting senior management to schedule qualified meetings for our sales representatives
- Managing and enriching our CRM (Salesforce)
- Regular follow-ups with clients and reporting results to the supervisor
Additional information:
You will receive training on our services, sales techniques, products, customer relationship management, tracking your results, Salesforce tools, and other tools to identify client potential.
- Excellent knowledge of Polish (spoken and written) and English
- First successful experience in outbound phone contacts with B2B clients
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an additional advantage

Our Benefits:
- Permanent employment contract
- Base salary + performance-based bonus
- Lunch card: 10.20 €/worked day
- Reimbursement of transportation costs up to 40 €/month

- Flexible working hours (start work between 7:00-9:00 am, Monday to Friday (8h/day + 1h lunch break))
