- Pflege und Reinigung der Außenanlagen (z.B. Grünanlagenpflege, Baumpflege, Straßen und Wege, Kanalisation) inkl. Mitarbeit im Winterdienst und Einhaltung der Verkehrssicherungspflicht
- Instandhaltung und Wartung der Fahrzeuge und Maschinen der Hausmeisterei sowie der Poolfahrzeuge
- Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung der Schließanlage
- Kontrolle und Kleinreparatur der Enthärtungsanlagen, Kompressoren, Heizungen und Löschanlagen
- Organisation und Betreuung von Fremdfirmen inkl. Schaltberechtigung der Brandmeldeanlage
- Prüfung von Leitern, Tritten, Anschlagmitteln, Handhubwagen sowie Brandschutztüren inkl. Feststellanlagen
- Bedarfsweise Unterstützung der internen Instandhaltung
