ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Consultant, you will learn all K. Hovnanian products, sell homes, secure contracts, follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers, and analyze the local competition. The role requires working hard during weekends and some holidays.
QualificationsNo new homes sales experience required; preferred 2+ years of proven sales success. Must provide the highest level of customer service, possess exceptional communication skills for one‑on‑one and large‑group presentations, and maintain a valid driver’s license.
