Job Responsibilities- Provide support to dealers, branches, and customers in regard to product specification, pricing, and delivery.
- Process amendment requests through Production and Engineering, as required.
- Process special feature requests.
- Provide major account support as assigned.
- This position requires an Associate's degree or 6 years equivalent experience.
- One or two years experience in a customer service environment and strong product knowledge are preferred.
- Computer skills are required. A good working knowledge of BaaN, Mapper, and Lotus Notes would be helpful.
