Job Description Wilcor Dist. Co. Inc., has over 30 years of proven excellence, is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Sales Representatives. This position is crafted for a dynamic professional to thrive in a hands-on sales environment. It is a Full-Time role designed for individuals passionate about driving sales and delivering exceptional results. Candidates should be aware that this is not a remote job;

the successful applicant will be based in our office to closely collaborate with the team and engage directly with clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a strategic thinker with a robust skillset in sales techniques and client management. At Wilcor Dist. Co. As such, we seek team-minded individuals eager to contribute to and grow with the company. While prior experience in sales is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as we are committed to training the right individuals who demonstrate potential and a keen desire to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities Develop effective sales strategies that align with company goals.

Maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects.

Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company to network and create new business opportunities.

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.

Understand and promote company programs.

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements Must be 18 years or older.

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role is beneficial but not required.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Fast learner with a passion for sales.

Self-motivation with a results-driven approach.

Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good time-management skills.

Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
