Shelter Insurance Agent Responsibilities

• Develop new client prospects and cultivate relationships within the community.
• Sell Shelter Insurance products and manage the agent’s own agency.
• Lead, train, and oversee staff members to perform administrative duties and support sales growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, commissions, and agency expenses.

• Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills in a sales environment.
• Prior sales experience and a college degree in general business courses are helpful but not required.
• Willingness to build an agency from the ground up without needing upfront capital or loans.

• Unlimited new commissions and lucrative bonus & incentive opportunities.

• Computer and technology support.
