Qualifications:

Job Type: Part‑time

Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet navigation and ability to learn industry‑specific software
  • Answer and process telephone calls from internal and external sources
  • Provide administrative support in various capacities including copier projects, mail handling, supply control, processing of letters and correspondence, event and meeting planning, report and invoice generation, database management and completion of special projects
  • Work on projects that advance the team’s and department’s goals
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience and knowledge of internet marketing and advertising, including social media marketing and blog management (plus)
