- Overall responsibility for supporting the assigned system suppliers in the automotive industry
- Maintaining and expanding customer relationships and creating individual customer development plans
- Coordination of sales processes
- Carrying out market, target group and potential analyses
- Acquisition of new customers and projects based on our sales strategy
- Regular analysis and reporting on your own customer area of responsibility
- Preparing and conducting negotiations, presentations, etc. with customers
- Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, automotive management, international management or comparable qualification
- Proven experience in sales of customer–specific products, preferably in the automotive sector or industries with a high scaling factor
- Affinity for technically demanding products and processes
- Strong sales and customer orientation as well as decisiveness
- High degree of cost awareness and efficiency orientation
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiating skills
- High motivation and a results‑ and solution‑oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team, motivation and flexibility
- Organizational skills and experience in working in matrix organizations
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally in Europe and globally if required
