Position OverviewRegional Sales Director – This position leads the capital sales team responsible for device sales. The role is target-driven and focuses on managing, motivating, and supporting the team to achieve or exceed the assigned regional goals.
Key Responsibilities- Execute a capital sales strategy consistent with national & regional objectives to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and training to ensure local training needs are met and teams are appropriately trained.
- Recruit, train, and develop the capital sales team with regular coaching and field accompaniment.
- Ensure proper team planning, administration, and reporting in line with priorities.
- Maintain team performance standards in accordance with company policy.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential new customers and key accounts.
- Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote the brand.
- Assist at trade shows in-country and occasionally EMEA to meet sales targets.
- Accurately record all account interactions and sales activities in the CRM for analysis.
- Ensure high data quality in CRM to support reliable reporting.
- Maintain discipline in the sales process and understand financing tools (e.g., leasing).
- Foster a strong team culture and winning spirit with a “no excuses” mentality.
- Monitor sales funnel and consumables performance to predict quarterly results.
- Participate in local leadership team and key transformation projects such as Project LOVE.
- Support CSMs in generating healthy pipeline and leads.
- Ensure accurate documentation of leads to support revenue growth and prevent system gaming.
- Analyze evolving customer market to ensure product offering supports sales goals.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in medical or aesthetic sales.
- Proven track record in selling capital equipment/devices.
- Experience leading teams in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diplomatically, fairly, and motivate staff.
- Strategic planning, budgeting, and goal‑setting skills.
- Strong communication with scientific and clinical content.
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM systems, and analytical reporting.
- High social competence, professionalism, and awareness of company image.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Self‑discipline and ownership.
- Leadership focused on performance in lead generation, demos, and closing.
- Ability to adapt leadership style situationally.
- Experience in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
- Higher education degree (optional).
- Additional EU language skills.
